ABOUT
I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Coach specializing in relational intelligence and the development of leaders, teams, and organizations.
My work is grounded in a simple and consistent belief: the way people understand themselves directly shapes how they lead, communicate, and build relationships, especially in moments of pressure, complexity, and change.
Relational intelligence develops through self-awareness. The patterns, assumptions, strengths, and blind spots each person carries influence how they show up in relationships, often without awareness. When those patterns are brought into view, people gain the ability to respond with greater intention rather than react from habit.
Self-reflection is central to this work, not as insight alone, but as a practical lever for change. Through purposeful questions and reflective conversation, thinking is slowed down, assumptions are surfaced, and new perspectives emerge. Those insights are then translated into tangible shifts in behavior, communication, and leadership.
With more than 20 years of experience in human services and psychology, I have partnered with organizations across Canada—including some of the country's largest employers and Saskatchewan's leading health organization—to strengthen leadership, organizational effectiveness, communication, and workplace culture. My work spans coaching, leadership development, and team facilitation, all grounded in evidence-informed practice and the International Coaching Federation competencies.
As a Certified SDI® Partner, I use the Strength Deployment Inventory to help individuals and teams understand the motivations that shape behaviors, particularly in moments of tension, conflict, and change. These insights provide a shared language for improving communication, strengthening trust, and navigating difficult conversations more effectively.
Across all of my work, the focus remains consistent: developing the self-awareness and relational intelligence needed to lead with intention, strengthen relationships, and improve how people work together in real, practical ways.
