You don't have to figure out the human side of work alone.
Wellness Coaching
Work can bring growth, purpose, connection, and opportunity. It can also bring stress, uncertainty, conflict, self-doubt, difficult relationships, burnout, and transitions we weren't expecting. Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you're not quite sure what. Sometimes you're doing well on the outside but feeling depleted on the inside. And sometimes you simply want a space to slow down, think things through, get perspective, and understand yourself better.
That's where coaching can help.
My approach to wellness coaching focuses on the relationship between you, your work, and your overall wellbeing. Together, we explore what's happening, what matters to you, and what you want to be different. Coaching isn't about giving you all the answers. It's about creating space for greater awareness, clarity, choice, and action. Grounded in psychology, mental health, coaching, and more than 20 years of experience working with people and organizations, I bring a practical, compassionate, and human approach to the coaching relationship.
What we can work on
Coaching can support you through many of the challenges that show up in our work and personal lives.
Stress & Burnout: Understanding your capacity, recognizing depletion, and finding more sustainable ways to work and live.
Boundaries: Learning to protect your time, energy, and wellbeing without unnecessary guilt, resentment, or fear.
Workplace Relationships: Navigating conflict, communication, difficult conversations, and relationship dynamics with greater awareness and confidence.
Confidence & Self-Awareness: Understanding your patterns, strengths, reactions, and the ways you show up in your work and relationships.
Career Transitions: Making sense of change, uncertainty, new roles, or questions about what's next.
Leadership & Influence: Leading with greater self-awareness, connection, and intention—without losing yourself in the process.
Change & Uncertainty: Building the awareness and capacity to navigate change while staying connected to what matters to you.
Sustainable Performance: Doing meaningful work and pursuing your goals without living in a constant state of depletion.
These areas often overlap. Stress can affect relationships. Boundaries can affect confidence. A career transition can bring uncertainty. Burnout can change how we see ourselves and how we show up with others. Coaching gives us space to look at the whole picture rather than treating each challenge as a separate problem.
Coaching, not therapy.
My background in mental health deeply informs my coaching practice, but coaching and therapy are not the same thing. Coaching focuses on the present and future—helping clients develop awareness, clarify goals, build capacity, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions through coaching, and I take scope of practice seriously. When someone's needs extend beyond the scope of coaching, I believe in connecting them with appropriate mental health or healthcare professionals.
Mental-health informed. Coaching grounded. Clear about the difference.
What you can expect
My coaching style is calm, practical, compassionate, and curious. There is no performance required and no perfect version of yourself you need to bring into the room. We'll explore what's happening, identify what matters, challenge assumptions when useful, and turn insight into meaningful action. I'll ask questions, offer perspective, and help you notice patterns that may be difficult to see when you're in the middle of them. The goal isn't simply to help you cope with work or get through the next difficult thing. It's to help you develop the awareness, confidence, and capacity to navigate work and life in a way that feels more sustainable—and more like you.
Ready to explore what coaching could look like for you?
If you're curious about coaching and want to talk through what you're navigating, let's start with a conversation.
Relationships influence every part of our lives, yet it's easy to get caught in unhelpful patterns that create misunderstanding, tension, or disconnection. Through the lens of relational intelligence, we'll explore what's happening beneath those interactions so you can better understand yourself, recognize the impact you have on others, and make choices that lead to stronger, healthier connections. My role is both coach and thinking partner. I'll ask thoughtful questions, offer honest observations, and help you stay accountable to the changes you want to make. Together, we'll work through real situations, whether that's navigating a difficult conversation, building trust with a team, strengthening your leadership, or creating healthier boundaries in your personal life.
Coaching isn't about becoming someone different. It's about developing the awareness, skills, and confidence to show up in ways that reflect who you are and the kind of relationships you want to build. If you're curious about whether coaching is the right fit, reach out to schedule a call. We'll explore your goals, answer your questions, and see whether we're the right fit to work together.
