Relational Intelligence Workshop
Rehumanizing Workplace Relationships Through Meaningful Conversations
Every relationship begins with understanding—understanding yourself, understanding others, and recognizing how those differences shape the way we communicate, collaborate, and respond to conflict. The Strengths Deployment Inventory® (SDI®) is a validated relationship assessment that helps individuals and teams discover what motivates their behavior, how they respond when conflict arises, and how their greatest strengths can become overused under pressure. More than an assessment, it provides a practical framework and shared language for building stronger, healthier relationships.
Before the workshop, each participant completes the SDI® assessment. During this interactive 3.5-hour session, we'll explore the results through reflection, discussion, and practical activities that connect the learning to real-life situations. Participants gain greater self-awareness, a deeper appreciation for different perspectives, and practical strategies for communicating more effectively, strengthening relationships, and navigating conflict with greater confidence.

Group Coaching for Leaders Program
A Leadership Experience Designed to Strengthen Relational Intelligence
The Group Coaching for Leaders program is a six-week cohort experience designed for leaders who want to strengthen how they lead themselves and others through deeper self-awareness and relational intelligence. This program blends individual coaching, group learning, and real-time application. Each participant completes the Strengths Deployment Inventory® (SDI®) and receives an individual debrief before the program begins. A final one-to-one coaching session supports integration and continued leadership development after the cohort ends.
Over six weeks, leaders explore real-world leadership challenges while developing practical skills in:
Leading self with awareness and intention
Communicating in ways that build trust and engagement
Navigating difficult conversations with confidence
Strengthening psychological safety within teams
Understanding motivation and relationship dynamics under pressure
Leading through complexity, change, and uncertainty
This is not theoretical leadership training. It is a working space where leaders learn alongside peers, reflect on their own patterns, and apply insights directly to the challenges they are facing in real time. Participants leave with greater self-awareness, stronger relational capability, and practical tools to lead more effectively, especially in moments that matter most.
The next cohort starts the first week of October 2026. Virtual meetings are held on the Zoom platform from 10:00am-12:00pm (CST) on the following dates: October 8, 15, 22, 29, and November 5, 12. Participants are expected to attend all six session.
